I’m a therapist, coach, and lifelong runner who helps high-achieving professionals and entrepreneurs optimize their productivity, elevate their energy, and perform at their highest level — without overworking their nervous system.

There was a time when my own days felt harder than they needed to be. I was putting in the hours, staying committed, doing all the “right” things… yet my mental clarity wasn’t consistent, my decision-making felt heavier, and my output didn’t reflect the effort I was pouring in.
Everything looked fine from the outside — but internally, I knew I wasn’t operating at my true potential.

That’s when I discovered something that changed everything:
intentional movement isn’t just good for your health — it’s one of the most effective performance tools available.

Running and walking became my way of:
